What are star ratings?
Star ratings are an average of customer-provided ratings of work you’ve completed for Scripted. They are visible to customers on your profile.
How do I get a star rating?
When accepting or rejecting a Scripted job, customers are asked to provide a star rating.
Note that customers are not required to leave a review / rating on every job. Similarly, no rating is given for jobs that are auto-accepted; these jobs will not factor into your average star rating.
Who can see my star rating?
The star rating that is displayed on your public profile is the average of these customer ratings. You must have at least 10 ratings before your star rating is visible on your profile. Once you have a star rating on your profile, it is not possible to remove it.
What if I think I got an unfair rating?
If you have any questions about your star rating, or the rating of specific jobs, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can address these on a case-by-case basis.
