How do I connect my HubSpot account?

In addition to our standard export options, Scripted gives you the option to export finished work directly to your HubSpot account.

Before you can export content to HubSpot, you’ll need to link your account in your Apps menu.

Go to your Publishing page

You’ll find the apps area in the drop-down menu on the top right corner of your Scripted account. Click on your email address and select “Apps” from your menu.

Connect your Hubspot account

1. Find your Hubspot ID

Your Hub ID allows us to start the authorization process. You can find it two ways, but both require you to log into your HubSpot account. Once logged in, you can find this number in the URL of your dashboard, or in the top right corner below your account name. Copy this number because you’ll need it for the next step!

2. Authorize Scripted to access your HubSpot account

Enter your Hubspot Portal ID and click Connect to Hubspot and you’ll see a HubSpot login screen appear. Your HubSpot account is now connected to Scripted and you’ll see Hubspot as an export option from your finished orders menu.

Publishing individual posts

Once your account is connected, you can export an individual post to HubSpot from the Completed Content section of your account.

From here, click the Export button on the post you'd like, and select the HubSpot option.

You'll then be asked to select which blog you would like to receive the draft, and the title of it you would like displayed there. Set these options and click Save.

When the export is finished, you'll see a message like this:

The post should now appear in the Drafts section under the blog you specified.

Now just add any finishing touches you may need and publish whenever you're ready!

If you encounter any errors throughout this process, please let us know.

Happy HubSpotting!
